Any misuse of photos, videos, or other media for purposes that are deemed illegal or harmful will result in legal actions taken against the individual responsible.
Once the payment for booking a celebrity is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. Users are encouraged to carefully consider their bookings before proceeding with payment.
Stawish connects users with celebrities, social media influencers, and singers for bookings related to events, promotions, and celebrations. Our platform serves as a bridge for booking services while ensuring a seamless process for both users and celebrities.
Stawish operates under the Import-Export License (IEC) issued to Amit Kumar Mishra.
We facilitate connections between users and celebrities but are not responsible for the actions of either party during or after the booking process. Users are encouraged to communicate directly with their chosen celebrity for specific arrangements.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking on our platform. We reserve the right to verify the age of users before processing bookings.
To create an account, users must provide a valid phone number. This number will be used for account verification and communication.
Users can book a celebrity for their event through our app. Once the celebrity is selected and payment is confirmed, the booking will be processed.
We accept payments via UPI (Unified Payments Interface) for booking celebrities. Ensure your payment method is valid before initiating the booking.
In the event that the booked celebrity becomes unavailable or cancels, we will provide a new celebrity for the event. Please note, however, that the payment for the booking is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Users must ensure they behave respectfully and professionally during the booking process. Any inappropriate actions, including harassment or violations of our platform's policies, will result in action from our team, including possible account suspension or legal consequences.

We understand that circumstances may arise that affect your plans, but please be aware that all payments for bookings made through our platform are non-refundable.
By making a booking and payment on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
Once a user has made a payment for a booking, that payment is final and non-refundable. This applies to all bookings for actors, singers, influencers, and other entertainers available on our platform. The money paid is for the reservation of the entertainer's time and services, and once the payment is processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Users are advised to carefully consider their event date and performer choice before making a booking. In case you need to cancel or modify your booking, please note:
In the rare case that a booked performer (actor, singer, influencer, etc.) becomes unavailable for any reason (e.g., illness, scheduling conflict, or any unforeseen situation), Stawish will make every effort to provide a replacement performer of similar or comparable stature.
In the event of a technical failure on our part (such as an issue with the payment processing system, inability to confirm the booking due to technical issues), we will do our best to resolve the situation promptly. If we cannot resolve the issue or the booking cannot be confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the user in such cases. This will be the only exception to the non-refund policy.
In case of events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or any other force majeure events, we will work with the user to reschedule the event. However, no refunds will be issued in these situations, and we will attempt to offer an alternative solution in line with the user’s preferences and event requirements.
Accurate Event Information: It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that all event details (date, time, location, performer requirements) are accurate when submitting the booking request.
